1. Are all your desserts made on site?
"Yes, they certainly are. A pastry chef is here daily preparing all desserts from scratch - every layer and every decoration you see from our entremets to our desserts on menu are made in house."
2. Do you have any gluten free or vegan options?
"Unfortunately not at the moment."
3. Do you offer any desserts gelatine-free or halal friendly?
"Majority of our dine-in desserts do not consist of gelatin. If you're looking for cake slices from our cabinet, our Strawberry Fresh Cream, Creme Brûlée and American Cheese are gelatin-free!"
4. Does your café permit individual or group study sessions?
"As a small family-run café, we have limited space and resources. To ensure that all of our customers can be comfortably accommodated and that our business remains sustainable, we are unable to offer individual or group study sessions that require extended use of our tables."
5. How long are store credits valid for?
"Store credits are valid for 3 months from the date they are provided to the customer. Bcc Dessert and Cake will not take responsibility for store credits not being used. Once store credits have past there valid-till dates; refund, exchange or an extension of the store credit date will not be given or offered. To ensure the store credit is used, this is the customers responsibility."
6. Do you open on public holidays?
"We are generally open on public holidays, however, we kindly ask customers to check our social media pages incase of any changes. Opening hours for public holidays are 1pm-6pm."
7. Do you accept orders from international clients?
"Yes we do! Please contact us with your details, and we’ll be happy to confirm whether we can accommodate your order."
